The Member grants, in particular, the right to use their publication on the internet and on mobile telephone networks. The publishing company undertakes to display the member's name near each use of their publication. Any content posted online by the User is their sole responsibility. The User undertakes not to post content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the User. The User's content may be deleted or modified by the site at any time and for any reason, without notice.

ARTICLE 9: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

ARTICLE 10: Use of hemp-based products

The hemp-based products offered for sale on the Chez Baba website (including flowers, resins, extracts and derivatives) are sold exclusively as food products intended for infusion .
They must not under any circumstances be smoked, vaporized, inhaled, or used for any other purpose that does not comply with current legislation.

Chez Baba does not sell any accessories related to combustion or inhalation and does not promote such use.
The buyer acknowledges having been informed of this restriction at the time of ordering and undertakes to use the products in accordance with their declared purpose.

The company declines all responsibility in the event of misuse or improper use of products purchased on the site.
