At Chez Baba , we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use are not eligible for return.

Non-refundable items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products on sale or clearance (except in the event of a defect).
  • Customized or custom-made products.
  • Open products

Return process

  1. Contact us : Send an email to contact@chez-baba.fr specifying your order number, the reason for the return, and, if possible, photos of the product concerned.
  2. Return Authorization : Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label or instructions on how to return the product to us.
  3. Shipping : Carefully package the product to avoid damage during shipping and ship it to the following address:

  4. Confirmation : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days .
  • Initial shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of our error or defective product.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or damaged products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@chez-baba.fr with photos and a detailed description of the problem. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly.
