🔁 Return and Refund Policy – Chez Baba

At Baba, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product isn't right for you, we're here to find a quick and easy solution.

📦 Return conditions

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us, provided that:

  • The product must be unopened , unused and in its original packaging .

  • The product does not belong to an excluded category (see below).

  • You have kept proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

🚫 Non-refundable products

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Open or altered CBD flowers and resins

  • Opened perishable products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional offers such as “flash sales”, “free products”

🔄 Return procedure

  1. 📧 Contact us at: contact@chez-baba.fr , indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. 📦 Once the return has been validated by our team, you will receive instructions and the shipping address.

  3. 📬 You return the package at your own expense via a tracked registered service.

  4. ✅ After receipt and verification, we will offer you a refund or exchange according to your choice.

💸 Refund

The refund is made via the same payment method as that used when ordering, within 5 to 10 working days after validation of the return.
